Key Specifications
Overview
The Libra 3412M sCMOS is a global shutter monochrome camera developed by Tucsen for seamless integration into instruments. It employs front-illuminated sCMOS technology, providing a wide spectral response from 350nm to 1100nm and high sensitivity in the near-infrared range. Its compact design ensures high-speed performance and dynamic range, along with advanced cooling technology, enhancing system integration and overall performance.
Wide Spectral Response
With its front-illuminated sCMOS technology, the Libra 3412M sCMOS offers an extensive spectral response (350nm to 1100nm) and exceptional sensitivity in the near-infrared region. This makes it suitable for a variety of fluorescence imaging applications, particularly in multi-channel scanning scenarios.
Global Shutter & High-Speed
The Libra 3412M sCMOS features global shutter technology, enabling clear and rapid capture of moving samples. It is equipped with a high-speed GigE interface, significantly faster than USB3.0. The camera can achieve full resolution speeds of up to 60 fps at 12-bit depth and 128 fps at 8-bit depth, greatly enhancing throughput efficiency for various instruments.
Cooling for Low Light
The advanced cooling technology of the camera effectively reduces thermal noise from the chip, ensuring a uniform background for fluorescence imaging. This cooling system also provides stable measurement data for the instrument, thereby improving overall measurement accuracy.
