History & Why
The group was founded long-term scientific camera sales & marketing professions who previously spent 40 years running Sales and Marketing groups for corporate entities including Photometrics.
One thing bothered them both - why was it so hard to get the information to select a camera?
With all this technology online why could we not try and improve the buying process and give them what they want, information, comparsions and quotations.
The Customer In Control
No longer shall we wait on a salesperson for pricing or a quote. No longer shall we all get different pricing to others. No longer shall we compare cameras by drawing lines on QE curves to work out the response at my desired wavelength.
We shall know the information and be ready to act before we contact sales.
We shall talk when we need to talk and not when the salesperson wants to sell to us.
We, the customer, shall be in charge.
Mission
Our Mission is shaped by the customers we want to serve, we want to provide all the information to the customer to make decisions.
We want to be the people they call when they are ready.
We want to bring new products, not push old because it's all we've got.
We want to change imaging through the products of Tucsen and the simplicity of our online stores.
Structure
Working with and as consultants for Tucsen Photonics and their business groups in China and Singapore they formed the UK Tucsen Online UK part of the UK registered business Tucsen Photonics UK Ltd.
The UK business, based in Birmingham is their base for importing and re-exporting to the EU and USA which it does through its partners Tucsen Online USA based in Philadelphia and Tucsen Online EU based in Portugal.
