Key Specifications

Aries 6510/6506 QE Chart

    Ultimate Sensitivity

The Aries 6506 sCMOS utilizes the latest GSense6510BSI sensor, offering a peak quantum efficiency (QE) of 95% and read noise as low as 0.7e-. This high sensitivity ensures rapid acquisition, minimal sample damage, and efficient switching during multi-dimensional experiments.

    Optimized High-Speed Acquisition

Accurately capturing fast signal changes requires more than just speed; it demands a large full well capacity to prevent saturation. While some cameras may offer 500 fps with only 200e- full well capacity, the Aries 6506 sCMOS delivers 200 fps with a user-selectable full well capacity ranging from 1,000e- to 15,000e-, resulting in superior image quality and more reliable intensity measurements.

Expansive 22 mm Diagonal Field of View (FOV)

With its 22 mm diagonal and 6.5-micron pixels, the Aries 6506 sCMOS offers a large field of view, perfectly suited for the latest generation of microscopes, providing detailed and wide-ranging images.

GigE Interface for Speed and Simplicity

The Aries 6506 sCMOS uses a standard GigE interface for high-quality data transfer, eliminating the need for expensive frame grabbers, bulky cables, or the complex boot sequences often associated with custom data interfaces.
