Key Specifications

Libra & FL series Curve

Overview

The Libra 25 is engineered to meet the demands of today’s advanced microscopy systems, allowing you to maximize your field of view and fully leverage your microscope’s capabilities. With a peak quantum efficiency (QE) of 92%, broad spectral sensitivity for all modern fluorophores, and read noise as low as 1 electron, these cameras ensure exceptional signal capture with minimal noise—delivering outstanding image quality for precise documentation

Large Format / High Resolution

The Libra 25 features a large 25mm sensor designed to support ultra-wide fields of view, ideal for numerical apertures of 25mm or greater. It’s an excellent choice for applications such as tissue section scanning and high-throughput imaging, providing both efficiency and uniform image quality across the entire field.

Optimized for All Signal Conditions

Built to perform in low-light environments, the Libra 25 combines 92% peak QE with a readout noise of just 1.0 electrons. Switch between high sensitivity mode for faint signals and high dynamic range mode to accurately capture both bright and dim signals within the same frame—giving you flexibility across a wide range of imaging scenarios.

Speed & Triggering Capabilities

Operating at 32 frames per second, the Libra 25 ensures smooth, lag-free focusing and high-quality video-rate imaging. It also includes a comprehensive set of advanced triggering options, making it easy to synchronize with illumination systems for fast, multichannel imaging workflows.
