Tucsen Photonics is the fastest growing camera company operating in science. We know our products work, we know they match or exceed our competitors, and we know we offer a 30-40% price advantage already.

However, we need help. We know we're great but we need others to know and that's why we need references and possibly you.

What do have to do?

We need customers to help show that Tucsen cameras operated to specifications and were used in interesting applications.

For this we need images of your camera in situ, images from the camera and basic information on your applications.

We then share this information on our "Cameras in Action" page and on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

We pride ourselves on our products and pricing and we believe we are 30-40% lower price than competitive products.

We also believe honest pricing transparency so we put our pricing online.

We also want to be transparent on our reference program and in this case you get up to 25% additional discount.

The 25% Discount is comprised of 3 key elements. The initial reference element and then 2 additional elements which help us reduce costs.

10% - Why no demo?

Shipping a camera costs for evaluation costs a lot of money. We depreciate the asset, ship, import to your region, pay taxes, insure, manage inventory, run upgrades. Overall a 2 week demonstration costs around $1,000.

We would rather we both saved money and you got the 10% as a discount especially as you are trying cameras/sensors which are already proven.

But, if you want a demo we will help as best we can.

10% - Reference

Showing customer using our cameras doing their science helps our new customers trust us more and helps us establish our brand in similar applications.

The more references, the less demonstrations we need to do, the more our customers speak for us.

It also helps us understand more and build more products which drive science.

5% - Pre or Early Payment

When we sell a product we typically offer 30 days credit. These 30 day credit effectively are microloans where in place of making investments with our money we tie it up.

Customers pre-paying by pro-forma or credit cards or agreeing to pay within 5 days of the invoice helps us reduces our costs.

Ask your finance team if you can pre-pay, pay by credit card or if they will pay early for a discount.

Can my collaborator benefit?

Short answer yes, we do friends and family, but we always need a discussion and to understand if the program suits them and their needs.

Sometimes getting a discount makes you feel special, we want to do the same but we want to be honest. We believe in our list pricing and we believe you get a 30-40% discount based on our fair pricing. We value references and we want to reward those who will work with us - we just want to do this openly and honestly to all.
