Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays via email.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated transit time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination. We use reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. Available shipping options will be presented at checkout.

Shipping Costs (UK only):

  • Orders up to 1.99kg: £10.00
  • Orders from 2kg to 5kg: £25.00
  • Orders over 5kg: £50.00

No International Shipping

Tucsen Photonics UK currently only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
