At Tucsen Photonics UK Ltd, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will make every effort to either repair or replace your product should an issue arise.

Our standard warranty period is 2 years from the date of product delivery. Refunds are available within the first 30 days under the following criteria.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

  • The product received is defective or incorrect, and Tucsen Photonics UK Ltd was unable to repair or replace it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned product is not properly packaged and is damaged during transit.
  • If you need assistance with packaging, please contact us for guidance.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

We aim to process returns within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Costs

Packaging

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply if:

  • A customer rejects a provided solution to repair or replace the instrument, or
  • The return is made for reasons other than a defect.

If Tucsen Photonics UK Ltd is unable to repair or replace your purchased instrument, no restocking fee will be charged.
